We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist and Content Moderator for a dating and story community website. This role replaces an existing worker who has been with the company for 10+ years.
Typical examples of queries are:
- Users unable to login
- Experiencing a problem with the site such as photo uploads
- Help using the website features
- Asking questions about membership
- Assistance cancelling or closing profiles
- Explanation of the site rules
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Basic understanding of common website issues such as browser or network connectivity
- Answering customer support tickets
- Working independently and amongst a team of moderators
- Communicating bugs or issues via Jira or Slack
- Understands subscriptions and processes with refunds
The role will best suit someone who can:
- Provide at least 4 hours of work a day
- Work flexibly to adapt to workload, such as evenings and weekends
- Experience of dating communities
- Able to identify and inappropriate or illegal activities
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
