Security Officer
Location: Cardiff
Pay: 12.60
Hours: 3 days 6‑6 3 nights 6‑6 3 off – 56 hours a week

Responsibilities
* Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors.
* Conducting regular safety and security patrols.
* Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
* Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches.
* Remaining vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
* Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers.
Qualifications
* A valid SIA Licence.
* Knowledge of access control systems.
* Valid driving licence due to site locations.
* Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history (enhanced screening).
* Strong communication skills, customer‑first attitude, and keen eye for detail.
* Team player.
* Computer literate – able to use basic IT systems.
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
* Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
