What You'll Be Doing
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high‑quality dishes.
Supporting menu development to deliver consistently exciting and delicious options.
Keeping your section organised, spotless, and running smoothly.
Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure seamless service.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis stepping up.
Solid understanding of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations.
A team player with pace, precision, and pride in their craft.
Culinary qualification or equivalent training.
