Protocol Education is currently seeking enthusiastic tutors to provide valuable support to secondary school students in Teesside.
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Possess a solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum and are prepared to deliver personalized tutoring sessions in English, Science, or Maths on a one-to-one basis.
2. MUST be local to the Teesside area as tutoring sessions will be face-to-face.
3. Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Have experience working in an educational setting.
5. Have experience working with students with SEN needs such as SEMH and Challenging Behaviour.
6. Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
7. Develop and deliver tailored lessons for individual students or small groups.
8. Track and document student progress and performance in a timely manner.
This opportunity is well-suited for qualified teachers wishing to return to the profession after a hiatus. However, individuals with a minimum of two years' experience in relevant subjects are also encouraged to apply.

Pay rates quoted will include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanency later.
