Job Description:
There is significant demand in the local market for tax professionals at all levels. Our client, a well-established firm with a prestigious client list, has recently expanded and is looking to add more top-tier professionals to their supportive team. The role, which can be at Manager or Senior Manager level, offers high flexibility including reduced or condensed working weeks, reflecting the firm's commitment to work/life balance.

The successful candidate will report to an Associate Director and join an established team of 6 in personal tax and 15 across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clients.
2. Identify personal tax planning opportunities and assist with advisory assignments.
3. Play a key role in delivering estate planning services.
4. Train and mentor trainees within the team, developing their skills.
5. Build and maintain trusted client relationships.
6. Oversee financial management of your portfolio.
7. Contribute to business development initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* ACA and/or CTA qualified.
* Experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio with personal tax and estate planning services.
* Strong interpersonal skills for developing client relationships.
* Proficiency in tax planning opportunities.
* Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
* Leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Commercial awareness for business development.
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
