Role Overview: As an Adults Social Worker in the First Response Team, you are on the frontlines, tasked with the initial assessment and intervention for adults at risk or in need of social care. This involves triaging referrals, conducting safeguarding assessments, and delivering short-term support that promotes safety and independence.
