Chartered Senior Planner
to join their Gatwick office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planner to play a key role in delivering a wide range of planning projects across the South East. The Role As a
Chartered Senior Planner, you will be working on an exciting variety of projects spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You’ll take ownership of client relationships, manage planning applications, and provide expert planning advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, submitting, and managing complex planning applications and appeals.
Advising clients on planning strategy and policy.
Leading on projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Managing stakeholder engagement, including local authorities, developers, and community groups.
Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the growth of the Gatwick team.
About You The successful candidate will bring: MRTPI Chartered Membership (essential).
4–6 years’ experience within planning consultancy or a local authority setting.
Strong track record in managing and delivering planning projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with confidence in client-facing roles.
A collaborative approach and a passion for achieving positive planning outcomes.
