RAC are on the lookout for a Channel Partner Manager who will be responsible for: Managing conversions & complimentary accounts through a matrix team. Maximising take up of breakdown policies through strong account management. Delivering against acquisition trading targets and objectives across channel plans. The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for creating marketing campaigns / promotions, evolving / delivering the account strategy and owning the end-to-end cycle planning. Ensuring the end consumer is presented with a compelling proposition across conversions & complimentary channels. This is a Bristol based role working hybrid hours 2 days a week in the office. What you will do Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Execute the joint company-strategic account plan that delivers mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones in line with the business expectations. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate Partner and the partner's customer base (Consumers) needs on an ongoing basis. Establish productive, professional, and strategic relationships with key personnel internally and externally. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including marketing, pricing, compliance, Finance, IT / Web team, Legal and operations. Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame. Identify prospects for new partners where appropriate - own progressing the new partners through contract stage to campaign launch. Work with business roadside account directors to create market leading tender responses relating to conversion programmes. Manage meeting cycle with key partner contacts - Monthly / Quarterly / Annually - and keep records of actions and minutes. Seen as an ambassador both internally/externally for the RAC Qualifications Ideally you will be educated to degree level standard (preferred) and have relevant sector-based sales experience in a "B2B2C" (business to business to consumer) sales environment. Strong relationship building and management skills are essential with the ability to deal with clients at all levels, you will have a high level of commercial awareness and be able to influence when necessary. You will be able to show presentation skills with ability to create presentations, present up to and including Board level and the ability to manage a reasonable number of partnership accounts as well as strong problem solving and analysis skills. Essential knowledge and experience in consumer products and services, including proposition launch/delivery as well as experience in business casing opportunities and making decisions.
