The Role
We have a great opportunity available to join our Business Centre Team (1 x permanent and 1 x temporary post available). The role includes business support work for operational teams across the Authority, using business systems and ensuring that data is up to date and held in accordance with relevant legislation. The postholder will also provide a first point of contact for customers across various channels, such as telephone, email, and face-to-face, and will process customer payments, supporting the Democratic Services process.
About You
You’ll need to have at least 4 GCSEs (grades A – C) including English and Maths (or equivalent), along with solid experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. A high level of accuracy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines are essential for success in this role.
