As a Transport Coordinator you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite products.
Our operation in Spalding requires candidates who can commit to a 4 on 4 off shift working between 06:00 - 18:00.

What Will You Do & What Will You Need
As part of your role you will brief and debrief Drivers, being the first point of contact for all drivers, ensuring all queries are fed back to the relevant parties. You will be accountable for Legal o‑license compliance and for Operational excellence, including cost and service, including Peak planning/delivery. Provide the highest level of customer care and find resolutions/escalation of live issues. Monitor all routes ensuring they are running on time, escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. Effectively manage time to complete tasks within the set time frame using Kronos exceptions & Schedules. Conduct daily administration tasks in relation to payroll, payroll queries, and holidays.
Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy transport environment, be PC literate with Word and Excel experience and have great attention to detail.
