Retail Store Manager (Fitness Equipment)
Location: Various
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours, including weekends)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a busy retail store and manage a high-performing sales team.
You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while achieving and exceeding sales and profitability targets. Working closely with the Retail Management team, you will ensure smooth store operations, strong visual standards, and a motivated, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance and profitability
* Lead, coach, and develop the retail team
* Own the customer journey and in-store experience
* Plan and deliver local marketing and footfall-driving activities
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance
* Ensure stock control, health & safety, and store standards
* Produce regular performance and trading reports
