Role: Senior Sales Negotiator
Location: Prime Central London
Tenure: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 1 Saturday a month
Proper Recruitment are working with a high-performing independent estate agent in Prime Central London who are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful and fast-paced team. They are seeking a candidate confident across the full sales process, including market appraisals.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
* Conducting viewings and market appraisals
* Negotiating offers and closing sales
* Providing expert advice to clients
* Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
* Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
* Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* A full UK driving licence
Salary:
* Up to £25,000 per annum
On Target Earnings [OTE]
* £50k+
