Working autonomously, you'll lead the team to research, design and maintain a framework of innovative, legally compliant HR/People policies, guidance, toolkits and resources that reflect best practice and national priorities. The People Policy Manager will:Collaborate with other People colleagues and stakeholders, including staff side and external partners, to develop and review policies and procedures. Develop and deliver bespoke training sessions and presentations to a range of audiences. Monitor and report on policy implementation and performance. Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practice, ensuring fair and effective application across the Trust. Support and lead on key People projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Participate in job evaluation panels and advise on job descriptions to support fair and consistent grading. Contribute to the coordination of Trust-wide communications on People-related matters.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Policy Manager to join the People Policy and Governance Team. Applicants will be experienced People professionals looking to further utilise their knowledge and skills in a diverse role.
