Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for KS4 and KS5 students, covering topics such as business operations, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship in Business Studies. Develop a curriculum that provides real-world Business Studies insights while encouraging critical thinking and practical application in Business Studies. Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback in Business Studies to support their development. Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment where Business Studies students feel empowered to participate and achieve their potential. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the ongoing success of the Business Studies department. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to engage students in complex Business Studies concepts.
