Role responsibilities:
* Draft suitability reports with guidance.
* Liaise with Financial Planners to complete and accurate information for advice.
* Interpret adviser meeting notes and prepare appropriate recommendations.
* Support advisers with technical guidance to help deliver good consumer outcomes.
* Conduct research and maintain compliance throughout all casework.
* Keep workflows and records up to date to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
* Meet output targets for producing advice documents.
* Communicate effectively with advisers, client support, and colleagues.
* Manage personal caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate files and documentation.
* Gather and analyse policy data; produce illustrations and supporting documents.
* Assist with processing new business.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in a Paraplanning role in a similar environment.
* Experience of working with IT systems that support this service.
* Diploma in Financial Planning.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload.
* Ability to work as part of a team and to learn new skills/knowledge.
* Analytical mind and excellent attention to detail.
