A Typical Day
As a Global Procurement Intern, your daily responsibilities will include:
Supporting the planning and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives by utilizing the sourcing process for acquiring services.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and contribute to the development of category strategies at both global and local country levels.
Conducting data gathering, spend analytics, and leveraging market intelligence to enable business case development.
Assisting in supplier selection processes, including evaluation, selection, and cost negotiations.
Drafting contracts and participating in supplier performance management.
Working internationally to support the expansion of the new international procurement team.
Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to improve procurement outcomes.
