As theManager/Senior Manager for Learning Experience within Capital Learning, you will lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of our offering.
You will oversee a team of Learning Experienceand InstructionalDesigners and collaborate with global and local stakeholders to create high-impact educational initiatives that strengthen Capital Group’s position as a trusted partner. You will shape strategy, elevate learning experience design, and ensure our learning offer isengaging,original,evidence-based, and commercially relevant. Drawing industry expertise, you will drive innovative approachesandcreatelearningexperiencesthat support both business outcomes and the long-term growth of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & People Management
4. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Learning Experienceand InstructionalDesigners, providing strategic oversight, creative direction, and continuous skill development.
5. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture rooted in consulting excellence, visual design acumen, and learner-centric innovation.
6. Delegate effectively while guiding the most complex design challenges and ensuring high-quality output.
7. Partner withtheLearning Consultant Leads in the overall management and direction of the Capital Learning team
2.ClientLearning Experience Design
8. Oversee the creation of end-to-end advisor learning journeys, anchored in evidence-based principles,tailored to client needs, including interactive journeys, digital modules, and ongoing performance supportincluding workflow management.
9. Partner closely withLearning Consultants, client groupsand clientsto understand their goals, analyse learner profiles, and co-create learning pathways that maximize engagement and real-world application.
10. Ensurethe accuracy, relevance, and credibility of all learning content.
11. Identify opportunities to innovate—introducing novel learning methods, technologies, and formats grounded in learning science and advisor needs.
12. Steering and management of the content pipeline for EACG’s learning experiences.
4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
13. Serve as a strategic partner toMarketing, Sales,ACSand globaladvisor educationteams.
14. Consult with stakeholders to diagnose advisor needs, identify performance gaps, and co‑create holistic learning solutions.
15. Build trusted, long-term relationships that facilitate alignment, resourcing, and adoption across multiple regions.
5. Thought Leadership
16. Act as a thought leader on the future of advisor learning, bringing emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies into CG’s learning model.
17. Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, evaluate effectiveness, and refine the advisor learning ecosystem.
6. Project & Change Management
18. Oversee complex, multi‑stream learning projects with clarity, strategic framing, and precision.
19. Mitigate scope expansion, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of impactful learning experiences.
20. Develop and implement change management strategies—including communication plans, risk mitigation, and adoption reinforcement—to drive engagement among both internal stakeholders and external advisor audiences.

Experience &Skills
21. Significant experience in senior learning experience design, instructional design leadership, or L&D management—ideally with external‑facing audiences.
22. Proven experience developing learning strategies and translating them into scalable, high‑impact solutions.
23. Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills—able to lead through ambiguity and drive complex initiatives forward without direct authority.
24. Excellent visual design sensibility for simplifying complex concepts through clear, engaging graphics and experiences.
