We’re looking for a proactive and driven Manufacturing Operative to join our fast-paced team at Natures Way Foods. In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the heart of our production process—ensuring our machinery runs smoothly, customer orders are met to high standards, and safety always comes first. Shift pattern
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7 covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically you would be working as follows:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday

8. Operating of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times.
9. Supervising Production Operatives and agency staff working on site.
10. Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times, reporting near misses & any accidents or incidents when they occur.
11. Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality.
12. Reporting any Out of Spec Products/Machinery issues/Non-Conformances to Line Manager promptly.
