Credit Controller Worcester (WR2) Temporary – 8 to 12 weeks £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to support a busy accounts function on a temporary basis in Worcester (WR2). This role is ideal for someone confident in managing outstanding balances, working to targets, and handling customer queries professionally. The Role You will play a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow by proactively managing customer accounts and reducing overdue balances. Working closely with the wider finance team, you’ll ensure accurate records are maintained and issues are resolved efficiently. Key duties will include: Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written correspondence Managing customer accounts and monitoring debtor balances Allocating and posting payments accurately Producing and updating debtor and aged balance reports Liaising with third parties where required Handling queries and resolving payment issues in a timely mannerAbout You To succeed in this role, you will need: Previous experience in credit control or a similar finance role Confidence dealing with customers and discussing overdue payments Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good IT skills, including Excel and accounting systems (e.g. Sage)What’s on Offer Competitive hourly rate (£14–£16/hour) Immediate start available Full-time hours, Monday to Friday Short-term assignment with a well-structured finance team Interested?
