Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting, listing properties, negotiating offers, and selling properties.
2. Proactively targeting potential sellers.
3. Presenting compelling propositions to potential sellers.
4. Creating world-class marketing campaigns for luxury properties.
5. Providing a first-class service and delivering outstanding results for sellers.
The successful candidate will have access to full support and training from the current team, a variety of marketing and prospecting tools, and a strong network of neighbouring Fine and Country colleagues for collaboration.
Skills and Experience
* Highly motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently.
* Minimum of 4 years estate agency experience or a related role working with high-end clients.
* Well networked within the local community.
* Experience as a valuer is desired but not essential.
* Car owner with a full driving license, insured for business use.
