Taskmaster is recruiting for an experienced Shift Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing site in the Scunthorpe (DN15) area.
We're looking for someone who can support the Factory Manager, drive performance and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Pay: - £14.92 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours of work - You must be able to work 3 Rotating Shifts:
6am2pm
10pm - 6am
2pm10pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage daily shift operations
* Act as the first point of contact for team members
* Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time
* Maintain a safe, productive, and positive workplace environment
* Communicate shift updates and operational requirements to management
* Train new team members and support ongoing skill development
