An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Mobile Network Administrator to work within our Access & Urgent Care, supporting the Home Based Treatment Team. Our service users are at the heart of what we do. Our admin teams provide the vital link for those who require support within our service whether that be queries regarding their referrals, booking appointments or responding to medication or clinical concerns.
Our administrators are required to support meetings; therefore you must have proven experience in minuting meetings that are of a sensitive nature. Attention to detail is a prerequisite. We are focused on care therefore our work must reflect this.

Responsibilities
The duties will include but are not limited to those detailed in the job description and person specification. Specific duties include:
* Provide administrative support within Access & Urgent Care and the Home Based Treatment Team
* Assist with queries regarding referrals, booking appointments, and responding to medication or clinical concerns
* Support meetings and minute taking, including meetings of a sensitive nature
* Work flexibly to provide support to teams within the Mental and Physical Health Networks, including reception duties
* Remote working is not available; colleagues are required to be office based
* Travel time will be agreed when instructed to work away from base site
* 7 day 8am-8pm rota basis, including evenings and weekends, 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications and Requirements
* Band 3 Mobile Network Administrator role within NHS; relevant administration and customer service experience
* Proven experience minuting meetings; attention to detail
* Ability to work flexibly and support teams across networks
* Unrestricted right to work in the UK for the duration of the role
