Role overview
We are seeking a sales‑focused Executive Producer to expand the experiential business at Factory Fifteen. This senior role blends business development with executive production: you will drive new opportunities and oversee the creation of immersive digital experiences from pitch to delivery. Reporting to our leadership team, you will nurture client relationships, develop proposals, and lead cross‑disciplinary teams to deliver world‑class experiences on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities
* Business development & client acquisition – Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across entertainment, cultural institutions and brand/agency sectors. Build relationships with potential clients and partners, respond to RFPs, lead pitch development and negotiate contracts.
* Strategic planning & positioning – Use insights into the experiential market and emerging technologies to develop a sales strategy and revenue targets. Package and present Factory Fifteen’s experiential offering by referencing our award‑winning projects.
* Executive production oversight – Once projects are secured, oversee the creative development and execution of large‑format and interactive experiences (projection mapping, immersive screens, VR/AR, installations). Work closely with directors, art directors, animators, technologists and vendors to ensure the creative vision is realised.
* Financial & operational management – Own the budget and schedule for experiential projects. Working with our producers and leads to develop accurate estimates, manage profit margins and oversee billing and reconciliation. Identify efficiencies and mitigate financial risks.
* Team leadership & collaboration – Coordinate internal teams (creative, technical, production, operations) and external partners. Mentor and lead producers and freelancers, fostering a high‑performance culture.
* Account management & client service – Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Set clear expectations, provide regular status updates and ensure that final deliverables exceed client expectations.
* Market awareness & innovation – Stay abreast of trends in immersive technologies, live event production, gaming and spatial computing. Bring innovative ideas that keep Factory Fifteen at the forefront of experiential storytelling.
* Significant experience (8+ years) in experiential marketing, live event production or creative technology, with at least 3 years in a senior producer or executive producer role.
* Proven track record of winning new business and managing a sales pipeline in a creative or experiential agency.
* Strong network of contacts among brands, agencies, cultural institutions and technology partners.
* Deep understanding of immersive media (e.g., VR/AR, 360‑projection, interactive installations) and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling client narratives.
* Exceptional communication and pitching skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to articulate creative ideas and secure buy‑in from clients and internal stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and vendor negotiation.
* Leadership qualities: ability to inspire teams, mentor producers and foster collaboration.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker and problem solver.
* Experience working on large‑scale, award‑winning experiential projects for major brands or attractions.
* Understanding of film and animation workflows; ability to collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers and VFX artists.
* Willingness to travel and meet clients; comfortable working across time zones.
