RAC are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join the Customer Relations Team at Porsche based in Reading on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (potential for this to go permanent). This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week (flexible on days, must cover core hours) The Porsche Customer Interaction Centre (PCIC) is powered by RAC and embedded at the Head Quarters of Porsche Cars Great Britain in Reading As a Customer Relations Hub Administrator with Porsche you will provide quality support in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner. Whilst building relationships with key contacts associated with the role and the brand, and deliver a professional level of service to internal and external customers. As a Porsche Customer Relations Hub Administrator, it will be your responsibility to: Manage administrative queries - checking Centre invoices, cross-referencing with customer database to prepare for approval sign-off from Manager Promote and participate in two-way communication within the team Ensure communication of relevant information from Porsche Cars Great Britain Limited and RAC is shared Respond to general customer enquiries via email from our centralised inbox, and letter correspondence Taking ownership of the Porsche Vehicle Certification programme - checking for accuracy, processing, and sending certificates (documents to aid exporting vehicle and ULEZ requirements) Support with enquiries from the Porsche Centre's relating to car hire Manage PCIC logistics - complete, amend and communicate team rota, ensuring its accuracy Process goodwill invoices within an agreed timeframe on Concur and liaise with Porsche Centres regarding invoice queries Sort and distribute incoming post. Recording of returned letters and marketing material. Manage all vehicle information requests - Certificate of Conformity, Technical Data Sheets, Change of Details, and Classic Vehicle Specification Support the car hire process including updating and extending all rentals Complete the weekly Parts Report and send to the Parts Distribution Centre for review.
