About the Role
A Delivery Consultant is responsible for identifying, engaging, qualifying, and managing candidates through the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Generation
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines within specialist markets
- Identify high-quality candidates aligned to client requirements
- Headhunt passive candidates through direct outreach
- Generate consistent candidate flow daily
- Candidate Management
- Assess suitability against role requirements
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage offer processes and candidate negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and notes
- Delivery Execution
- Work closely with consultants and leadership to fulfil live client requirements
- Prioritise delivery across multiple active vacancies
- Hit agreed activity and placement targets
- Maintain speed and quality under pressure
- Support reduction of time-to-fill across roles
- Market Development
- Build knowledge within a specialist market
- Develop credibility with candidates over time
- Track market movement, hiring trends, and talent availability
- Contribute market insight internally
