What you’ll do
* Personal care (washing, dressing, support with routines)

Pay & standout benefits
* £13.25 per hour
* Guaranteed minimum-hours contracts after training
* Paid travel allowance between short gaps in visits
o Typically worth around 10% extra paid time
o Travel time is not taken out of your hourly rate
* Mileage paid at 45p per mile after the first 10 miles each day
This means you’re paid for more of your working day, not just the time inside a client’s home.
Typical earnings
* 24 hours/week (guaranteed) ≈ £1,383 per month
* 30 hours/week ≈ £1,729 per month
Hours & working pattern
* 15–30+ hours per week, depending on availability
* Busiest times: 8:00–11:30am and 4:45–8:15pm
* Every other weekend, shared fairly across the team
* Maximum availability: 4 weekdays + alternate weekends
Training & support
* Full, paid training provided (no experience required)
* Ongoing support from a friendly, local office team
* Thoughtful scheduling to reduce unnecessary travel
