Sales /Account Management Team Supervisor
Location: Longwell Green, Bristol
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Fully on-site role - free parking available.
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Team Manager to join a well-established company based in Bristol. You will be welcomed into a fantastic, supportive team, where you will lead a small but growing team.
Main Duties
* Leading a small but growing business development team, and motivating them to achieve great results
* Consultatively selling a service
* Ensure all sales leads are followed up effectively
* Assisting the Director and Head of Business Development with queries and projects, and working collaboratively with them to drive the business forward
* Support with preparing and submitting new bids
* Drive sales performance to meet company targets
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify new business opportunities within the market
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in a similar sales or account management role, with proven experience of hitting targets and closing sales
* A consultative, focused and sales driven approach
* Experienced in prospecting for new clients as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
* Experience within the building/construction industry would be a great advantage!
* Knowledge of HubSpot would be an advantage
* Previous experience using and managing CRM systems - ideally Hubspot
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills, both in person and on the phone
* Ability to coach, motivate and manage a small team
* Confident in engaging and building relationships with clients at all levels
* Ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads
* Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and report on sales performance
* Commercial awareness and ability to adapt to market trends
