About you Have experience of teaching in across the primary age range. Be an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to reflect on their own practice. Have an excellent understanding of how children learn. Have a secure understanding of behaviour and the importance of relationships. Have the ability to secure pupil progress and accelerate learning. Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve their full potential. Be able to inspire and motivate children with engaging high quality teaching. Work in partnership with parents/carers and other members of staff to promote the well-being and educational progress of each pupil. Be an excellent and positive communicator with both children and adults and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
