We are looking for an experienced and caring Support Worker to support children with complex care needs and Cerebral Palsy in their home and community.
Requirements
* Experience working with children with complex needs/Cerebral Palsy
* Personal care and mobility support experience
* PEG feeding or clinical care experience desirable
* Reliable, compassionate, and patient
* Enhanced DBS and right to work in the UK
Duties
* Personal care and daily support
* Assisting with mobility and routines
* Supporting wellbeing, communication, and activities
* Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
