Help apprentices succeed - and keep things running smoothly. Stamford College is looking for an organised and approachable Apprenticeship Administrator to join our Employer Services and Apprenticeship Academy. This role sits at the heart of our apprenticeship provision and plays a key part in supporting apprentices, employers and colleagues from enrolment through to achievement. This is a part‑time role working Monday – Wednesday on a permanent contract.

About the role
You will provide high‑quality administrative support across the apprenticeship lifecycle, including enrolment, assessments, reporting and financial coordination. Youll help ensure compliance with college procedures and apprenticeship funding rules while delivering a professional, responsive service to a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Supporting apprentice sign‑up, enrolment, achievement and withdrawals
* Coordinating assessments and end‑point assessments, including registrations and results
* Producing reports to support performance monitoring and compliance
* Providing financial and administrative support, including liaison with Finance
* Managing emails, meetings, records and general office administration
* Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality

* Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* A positive, professional and team‑focused approach
* Experience within apprenticeships or further education is desirable but not essential – training and support will be provided.
