Balbirnie House Hotel is currently seeking dynamic part-time team members to join our front of house team. Working up to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible and be over 18 years of age.
Responsibilities:
* Table hosting and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered
* Ensuring the maintenance of a pristine Restaurant including the set up of tables (e.g. pressed napkins and table linen, polished wine glasses, water glasses, plates and cutlery)
* All dietary requirements are observed and communicated to the kitchen team
* All restaurant payments processed correctly
* Knowledge of wines is essential
* Knowledge of silver service would be desirable
* Serve in the bar when requested
* Experience in a similar standard of fine dining/tasting menu restaurant is essential (minimum 1 year requirement)

The successful candidates will be reliable and comfortable dealing with a variety of clients. This position requires the candidate to be fully flexible with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
