About the Role: * Enter orders into the system from Sales Representatives or emails received in the main sales inbox. * Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing enquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate department as needed. * Manage and monitor the group email inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. * Use of system for order processing and related tasks. * Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track order information and compile relevant data Essential Experience & Skills: * Previous Admin/Customer Service experience * Ability to work efficiently and manage tasks quickly in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel. * Professional phone manner with excellent communication skills. * Prior administrative experience is preferred, but open to considering candidates without office experience who are quick learners and proactive.
