Role Overview
As a Business Partner Manager, you will manage relationships with wholesale fixed connectivity partners within the Indirect channel, aiming to meet fiscal targets, support partner growth, and increase Vodafone’s market penetration across various products including fixed, UC, and IoT. You will monitor partner performance, lead commercial negotiations, and develop long-term growth strategies, with regular reviews to assess progress against KPIs.
Location & Working Arrangements
Homebased with 1-2 days per week customer visits. Our homeworking kit supports flexible working from anywhere.

What You’ll Do
* Manage relationships with channel partners in the telecommunications industry
* Achieve targets such as AOV, Revenue, and NPS through effective partner management
* Develop and execute joint growth plans with partners
* Monitor partner performance and engage in commercial negotiations
* Lead teams and manage relationships to deliver against business plans, including marketing and service aspects
Who You Are
* Proven experience managing relationships with channel partners in telecom
* Track record of achieving targets like revenue and NPS
* Experience in developing long-term growth strategies with partners
* Strong negotiation and performance management skills
* Leadership abilities to guide teams and manage key relationships
Desired Knowledge
* Deep understanding of fixed connectivity products in the wholesale market
* Commercial and financial acumen related to fixed line products
