You will support the smooth running of our SAP and procurement processes by helping manage purchase orders and communicating with suppliers and customers. You'll also assist in coordinating bin lorry schedules to ensure efficient service and positive customer experiences.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage end-to-end SAP processes including purchase orders, supplier/customer setup, and financial reporting
* Oversee BACS/card payments, accruals, and payroll submissions in line with month-end timelines
* Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement to support operational efficiency
* Coordinate and continuously improve bin lorry schedules to ensure reliable customer service
* Handle service queries, billing data, and support pricing reviews and business development opportunities
