The Role
IPM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role combines professional lecturing with broader involvement across programme delivery, certification development, and organisational initiatives.
The successful candidate will primarily deliver project management training while also contributing to the coordination and delivery of programmes, corporate engagements, and internal projects. Key Responsibilities
Programme & Project Delivery
* Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programmes, certifications, and strategic initiatives.
* Manage timelines, resources, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple projects.
* Ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across faculty, operations, marketing, and business development.
Corporate Training & Client Engagement
* Support the organisation and delivery of corporate training programmes.
* Contribute to the preparation of proposals, pitches, and delivery plans for corporate clients and partners.
* Ensure a high-quality learning experience for corporate and individual participants.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
* Deliver professional training in project management courses and certification programmes when required.
* Facilitate engaging classroom and online sessions using real-world examples and case studies.
* Support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
Certification & Content Development
* Support the development and administration of IPM’s certification systems.
* Collaborate with lecturers, consultants, and subject matter experts to review and improve course content.
* Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of training programmes and certification materials.
Operational & Delivery Improvement
* Support the management and improvement of internal project systems and delivery processes.
* Coordinate resources including trainers, lecturers, and delivery partners.
* Provide visibility on project progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of delivery.
* Professional certification such as PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
* Experience delivering training, lecturing, or facilitating workshops in project management or related disciplines.
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contribute across different organisational functions.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
Desirable
* Experience within professional training, certification, or higher education environments.
* Experience delivering corporate training or executive education programmes.
* Familiarity with project management or operational platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, or CRM systems.
* Experience working across multinational or cross-industry environments.
