The ideal candidate will be based in the South of England and will cover areas including Reading, Watford, Luton, Northampton, Cambridge, and surrounding counties where business needs arise.
About The Team
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of SC Johnson Professional distributor buying accounts in prioritized segments, aiming to grow sales and profit by leveraging our product categories and strengthening relationships with distribution partners and their customers.
Responsibilities as Our Distribution Key Account Manager Include
* Deliver year-on-year growth in the assigned territory in line with budget expectations
* Develop and execute journey plans to maximize end-user engagement
* Manage and develop distributor accounts by understanding their market sectors
* Manage marketing programs with clear ROI KPIs and attend exhibitions and trade shows as needed
Experience You’ll Bring
* Awareness of sales budgets, profit margins, and influencing tactics
* Proven ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships
* Track record of achieving sales targets
