The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling both planned and reactive works, handling client enquiries, providing administrative support, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the business.
Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming client enquiries and providing timely follow-up
Scheduling work for field engineers
Booking site surveys for contracts managers
General administrative support
Assisting with the implementation of new CRM software
Coordinating day-to-day operations
Ordering and tracking equipment
Managing fleet servicing, repairs, and MOTsRequirements
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar administrative role
Background in FM, mechanical, or building services
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Reside within a commutable distance of Crawley
