Product Marketing Manager – Luxury Beauty (UK) London Hybrid | Up to £65k + Bonus + Benefits

With a strong focus on ethical beauty and consumer connection, this award-winning company is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to lead the UK strategy across make-up, skincare, and seasonal categories.
This hybrid role offers three days a week in their London office and a generous benefits package including bonus, healthcare, pension, product allowance, and 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in driving the UK product marketing strategy. Your expertise in beauty—especially make-up and skincare—will help shape launches and campaigns that resonate with UK consumers.
Key responsibilities:
* Oversee product launches and activation plans, ensuring commercial performance and ROI
* Collaborate with global teams to localise product strategies and support innovation
* Lead creative and media agency partnerships to deliver compelling, compliant campaigns
* Work cross-functionally with digital, training, merchandising, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution
* Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
* Manage budgets for sampling, promotional materials, and sales support
* Mentor and guide a junior team member, fostering a culture of creativity and growth
About You
You’re a strategic and imaginative marketer with a strong background in product and brand marketing within the beauty industry.
You’ll bring:
* 5–6+ years’ experience in product marketing, ideally in make-up or skincare
* A commercial mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business impact
* Experience across media channels and creative production workflows
* Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
* A collaborative spirit and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Bonus: experience in visual merchandising, copywriting, or design
