Main Duties
As a Dementia Care Manager, you will oversee the Dementia Community, implement and embed the company's dementia care strategy, and manage resources within a set budget. Your responsibilities include ensuring person-centered care plans, building caring relationships with residents and families, and fostering a culture that maximizes residents' capabilities and quality of life.
