Key duties will include: Resourcing of temp HGV/LGV Drivers, Van, Minibus & Forklift Drivers, Warehouse Operatives, Picker Packers & Freezer Operatives, etc. for client requirements. Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media. Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, referrals, and advertising. Referencing and checking that workers have RTW/PPE to be on-site. Receiving and reviewing applications and creating a shortlist of candidates. Person skills: Previous agency resourcing experience within Driving & Industrial is highly desirable (all sectors considered). Excellent communication skills. Consistent working history.
