Senior HR Advisor/Junior HRBP | Bristol - with national travel | Part time- 4 days a week (inclusive of 1 day a week work from home) | National Logistics | £41, 820 FTE + car allowance A collaborative, rapidly growing and professional National Logistics organisation are seeking a HR Business Partner to join a close-knit HR team on a permanent basis working 4 days a week. Supporting multiple logistics hubs, the successful candidate will provide first class business partnering support and advice to their allocated sites. This is a truly unique opportunity for the someone who is currently in a Senior HR Advisor role and is keen to take a step up into a Business Partnering role or a Business Partner keen to work within a growing and evolving business. You will have a track record of working in a blue-collar environment and have strong Employee Relations and generalist HR experience. Day to day duties will include: Implementing HR strategies that align with business goals (e.g., talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement).
