Care Support Worker – Swaffham
£13.31 per hour (Days) + enhancements
27.5 hours per week + opportunity for additional hours

A Day In The Life
* Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plan.
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users as part of a team.
* Participate in and support wellbeing events and activities, helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
* Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.

About Westfields: Westfields is our residential care home in Swaffham, West Norfolk. The home provides short‑term and full‑time care and support.
