This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors and staff. The Role As the Office Administrator / Front of House, you will handle a wide range of administrative duties, provide support across departments and help uphold the companys reputation for professionalism and excellence. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls, managing general inquiries Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and conference rooms Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and reports Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area Order and manage office supplies and stationery Assist with data entry, filing and record keeping Support internal communications across teams Organise travel arrangements for staff when required Contribute to quality assurance processes through data checks and entry Experience & Skills Required Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Proactive, approachable and professional attitude Strong attention to detail and accuracy For further information please apply and our consultant Kelsey will be in touch.
