Business Development Manager - Transport & Warehousing

£45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car allowance + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pmWe are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join a company based in Liverpool who specialise in transport and warehousing services. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in developing new business within logistics / transport and warehousing and is looking to take the next step in their career and find a company they can grow with an uncapped earning potential.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generating new leads and accounts over the phone and face-to-face
Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve set targets
Provide a high level of customer care
Provide accurate and cost effective quotations
Preparing weekly/monthly sales figuresSkills and Experience:
Working in a proactive / new business sales role within transport / logistics
Working towards targets and KPI's
Ability to influence others
Full Driving license
Enthusiastic in their approach to sales, but focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off sales
