Job Description
3. Support the development and execution of new product launches, ensuring timely delivery to market.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to align on product goals.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs within the FMCG sector.
6. Assist in preparing product presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Coordinate packaging design and production processes in line with brand guidelines.
8. Monitor product performance post-launch and propose improvements as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the development process.
10. Provide administrative and logistical support to the New Product Development team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant NPD Manager should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
12. Previous experience in product development or marketing within the FMCG industry.
13. Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
14. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
15. A keen interest in market trends and consumer behaviour.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.]
17. UK Drivers Licence is required
