This is a rewarding opportunity to provide consistent, person-centred care to an adolescent with a learning disability and epilepsy.About the RoleYou will be supporting a young person who lives in a loving family home. The client requires reassurance, structure, and consistent support, especially during the night.They may use their behaviour to communicate, so they need a calm, patient carer who can understand their needs. At times, the client may display behaviours that challenge, particularly if they feel overwhelmed or unsettled.
