Key Responsibilities:
In this Grounds Maintenance Operative role, you will:
Carry out general grounds maintenance (grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control) Support horticultural tasks such as planting, pruning, and seeding Maintain outdoor and recreational areas Operate tools, equipment, and light machinery safely Assist with general site upkeep and drainage tasks Carry out basic painting and maintenance duties when required * Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures
What we're looking for:
To be successful as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you should have:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture Full UK driving licence Experience using maintenance tools or machinery Good understanding of Health & Safety practices Relevant tickets (e.g. spraying or chainsaw) are beneficial A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
