* days 8.00am-20.00pm,
* night shift 20.00 pm until 08:00 am

We are looking for Male Support Workers to provide 24-hour support for a female individual with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours. If you have a background in mental health or complex care and challenging behaviour care and are ready to make a meaningful impact, this role is for you.

About the Role:
You will be part of a dedicated team providing around-the-clock support, ensuring safety, stability, and care for someone transitioning back into the community.
What We're Looking For:
* Male candidate
* Experience in Mental Health or Complex Care and Behaviours that challenge: Preferred but not essential, although strong relevant experience is highly valued.
* DBS Check: Must have a transferable DBS/ DBS on the update service
* Commitment to Excellence: We are looking for a compassionate and experienced support worker ready to take on a challenging but rewarding role.
