Job Title: Logistics Operative
Location: Atherstone, UK (Relocating to Bardon, Coalville in March 2027)
Salary: Minimum wage – £15.99 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time (5 on / 3 off shift pattern, including weekends)

Night shift from 9:00pm (The shifts are 7-8 hours long)
Pay rate increases from 10:00PM
Job Overview:
We are currently seeking reliable and physically fit Logistics Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Atherstone. This is a hands-on role involving manual handling, loading, and general warehouse duties. The shift begins at 9:00pm and typically lasts 7 to 8 hours.
Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, be team-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
* Handle heavy items and ensure accurate placement
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
* Adhere to all health and safety procedures
* Work a 5 on / 3 off rotating shift pattern, including weekends
Requirements:
Essential:
* Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
* Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
* Willingness to work weekends as part of a shift pattern
Preferred (but not required):
* Previous experience in a warehouse or manual handling role
