Brand Marketing Specialist | Visual & Digital Design


📍 Glasgow (3 days per week in the office) | Hybrid


We’re looking for a creative Brand Marketing Specialist to own and evolve Sapphire’s visual identity across our growing cybersecurity business.

You’ll be the guardian of the brand, delivering high‑quality design across campaigns, website UX/UI, sales enablement, events, and internal communications — ensuring everything is consistent, polished, and impactful.


What you’ll do

* Lead and govern Sapphire’s visual brand
* Design creative for campaigns, digital platforms, social, and sales
* Own website visual execution and UX/UI improvements
* Produce multi‑format content (presentations, video, motion, photography)
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, People, and Enablement teams


What we’re looking for

* Strong experience in brand, graphic, and web design with UX/UI knowledge
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (plus Figma/XD)
* Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual identity
* Bonus: motion, photography, videography, or B2B/tech experience
